Graphic Design Specialist — Creative Team

Join our in-house creative team supporting FMCG brands including Paseo, Nice, Livi, Jolly, and Toply.

Responsibilities :

Develop design concepts from brief to execution
Create packaging designs and production-ready files
Design key visuals, social content, POSM, and print materials
Support branding and visual identity projects
Use AI tools to improve ideation and production efficiency
Collaborate with marketing, innovation, vendors, and printers

What we're looking for :

Strong creative exploration and attention to detail
Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and print production
Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback
Proactive in identifying problems and proposing solutions
Able to explain the thinking behind design decisions
Comfortable using AI tools in daily design work

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's degree
Portfolio covering packaging, branding, and marketing materials
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Experience with AI creative tools
Understanding of dielines, color separation, and print-ready file preparation
3 years of relevant experience
FMCG or packaging experience is a plus
