We're looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to build our outbound growth engine from the ground up. This is a technical, systems-first role, where you'll architect and operate the machine behind the funnel: data pipelines, email infrastructure, dialer provisioning, and real-time CRM automation.

What You Will Be Doing

Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for new logos, channel and partner opportunities across our priority markets.
Build and maintain the outbound engine end-to-end, covering ICP definition, data sourcing, multi-source enrichment, personalization, sequencing, and multi-channel orchestration across various channels, using a modern AI-driven stack (e.g. Clay, Sales Navigator, LLM prompts).
Stand up and safeguard the infrastructure behind it all: sending-domain deliverability, dialer provisioning, and the CRM automations that keep every channel synced in real time with clean, duplicate-free data.
Leverage the stack to maximise the volume of targeted, high-quality leads at scale.
Continuously test, measure, and refine messaging and channels to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel.
Administer the CRM and reporting, building pipelines and dashboards with performance reporting to the GTM Lead and CEO, and work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Support decks, proposals, partner & marketing events, and other GTM activities as needed.

Our Ideal Requirements

Prior experience building or running an outbound engine, ideally in a B2B or startup environment.
Hands-on with data enrichment and list building for targeted, personalized outreach at scale (e.g. Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Working knowledge of cold-email infrastructure and deliverability across a fleet of sending domains (e.g. Smartlead, Instantly).
Comfortable provisioning outbound telephony for the sales team's dialing (e.g. Orum, Quo).
Proficient in CRM automation and middleware to uphold data hygiene (e.g. Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Systems-first troubleshooting: you diagnose deliverability issues and broken syncs with logs and diagnostics, not guesswork.
Strong analytical mindset. You define the ICP, then evaluate and scale on data.
Comfortable in an ambiguous, self-driven environment. We don't have a system for this yet, so you'll be the one building it.
