As our KOL Specialist Lead, you will take full ownership of leading, mentoring, and scaling a dedicated team of KOL specialists while building top tier creator relationships. Your primary mission is to design high converting creator strategies, negotiate high value partnerships, and establish benchmark content frameworks that turn organic word of mouth into explosive growth across our social commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing team of KOL specialists, setting performance targets, guiding daily campaign execution, and ensuring team accountability.
Conceptualize and execute comprehensive, high conversion KOL strategies across micro, macro, and top tier creator categories to drive both brand awareness and sales GMV.
Oversee end to end creator communications, high level talent negotiations, and strategic agency partnerships for major product launches and campaign pushes.
Establish standardized brief templates, content frameworks, and narrative angles to maximize creator video engagement, viral hooks, and product storytelling quality.
Analyze campaign performance data rigorously, tracking conversion rates, Return on Ad Spend, cost per view, and affiliate metrics to continuously optimize budget allocation.
Foster direct relationships with foreign talent agencies, international creator networks, and global platforms as our brand footprint expands globally.
Monitor industry trends, algorithm shifts, and competitive influencer marketing moves continuously to keep our content strategies ahead of the market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of solid experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership, managerial, or team lead capacity within the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or digital media space.
Absolute mandatory fluency in professional written and spoken English for high level negotiations, international agency coordination, and global stakeholder communications.
Deep mastery of social media ecosystems, social commerce algorithms, and affiliate marketing structures across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Proven track record of managing substantial influencer marketing budgets and delivering high ROI creator campaigns.
Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross functional coordination skills to guide and inspire junior team members.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and data analytical capabilities with a sharp eye for viral content trends.
Willing to be placed / work on-site in West Jakarta.
