PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients from Multinational Powder Coating System/Tools Provider in finding great talent as Sales Manager for Jakarta/Remote placement with the detail as follows:

Job Description

Drive sales growth for Powder and Liquid Full-Line Coating Systems in Indonesia.
Develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and preliminary plant layouts based on customer requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, negotiation, and contract award through project handover.
Work closely with Engineering and Project teams to deliver suitable technical solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or technical sales of industrial capital equipment.
Experienced in handling B2B Industrial Manufacture Sectors
Minimum 3 years of experience in powder and/or liquid coating line projects.
Strong understanding of coating processes, pretreatment, application, curing, material handling, and recovery systems.
Able to read P&ID, GA drawings, and plant layouts.
Experience using AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
Strong business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Established network in Automotive, Appliances, Metal Fabrication, or General Manufacturing industries is preferred.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesi
