B2B/Outdoor Sales Executive (International Logistics & Transport)

As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for dynamic, self-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team across Asia.

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be on the front line of our growth strategy. Your goal: to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international logistics and transport.

Identify and approach potential clients in your market (importers/exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, etc.).
Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and secure new accounts.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Work closely with our operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence.
Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
Proven track record of new business development and account acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Proficient/ Fluent English is a plus (additional local language is an advantage).
