We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute-related matters.

This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, solid regulatory knowledge, and experience handling both litigation and non-litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
Manage regulatory and licensing matters and ensure compliance with relevant authorities, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, and KOMINFO.
Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation solutions.
Handle legal disputes, company litigation, and non-litigation cases.
Assist with dispute resolution, complaints, and litigation processes when required.
Liaise with external legal counsel and other relevant parties when necessary.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company's business activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of contracts and other legal documents.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
Licensed Advocate is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or Legal Associate, preferably within the fintech, banking, financial services, or corporate sector.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, data protection, and regulatory compliance
Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
Strong legal analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
