Role Description The Marketing Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging marketing content across digital channels, including social media, websites, and online marketplaces. Daily tasks include developing campaign concepts, writing and editing promotional copy, producing visual or multimedia content in collaboration with designers, and aligning messaging with brand guidelines. The Marketing Content Creator will monitor content performance, optimize materials based on analytics, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong content creation skills, including writing and editing for marketing materials, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and basic content strategy to support brand visibility and customer engagement.
Ability to conduct market and product research to understand customer needs, competitor positioning, and current trends in consumer electronics.
Basic design and multimedia skills (e.g., familiarity with graphic design tools or video editing software) to collaborate effectively on visual content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with attention to detail and consistency.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
Comfort working on-site in Surabaya and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred; experience in retail or consumer electronics is an advantage.
