Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in visa administration, immigration services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Work Permit (RPTKA/Notification) processes.
Hands-on experience using the Indonesian Immigration online system.
Thorough understanding of Indonesian visa categories, stay permits, and immigration requirements.
Excellent written and spoken English.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while working under deadlines.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multinational companies or corporate immigration services.
Knowledge of KITAS, ITAS, MERP, business visas, visit visas, and visa extensions.
Familiarity with immigration compliance and government regulations.
