We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end Human Resources & General Affairs operations and support the organization's continued growth.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the HRGA team and day-to-day HRGA operations.
Oversee HRIS, payroll, recruitment, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs.
Manage employee relations and Industrial Relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Indonesian manpower regulations.
Coordinate and prepare for OJK and ISO audits.
Develop and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
Provide strategic HR advice and support to management.
Drive HR initiatives aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
12+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager / HRGA Manager role.
Proven experience managing and leading an HRGA team.
Strong experience in HRIS and payroll management.
Solid experience in General Affairs, Industrial Relations, and end-to-end recruitment.
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.
Experience with OJK and/or ISO audits and compliance is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management.
Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
