Dozens Group is the parent company of Dozens Studio (Creative Agency), FOCUS Production House (Production House), and THIS Branding House (Branding & Design House).

We are a creative house providing services of Branding, Social Media Management, Online Campaign Activation, Photography, and Videography, and many more.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within a creative agency
Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to build solutions
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal creative and project teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Confident in client presentations, meetings, and proposal delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in pursuing new sales opportunities
Familiarity with branding, marketing, social media, or creative services is a plus

Responsibilities

Represent the company in client-facing engagements
Understand client businesses, goals, challenges, and opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
Develop growth strategies and achieve sales targets
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and partnership opportunities
Lead client communications and manage stakeholder expectations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns
Prepare business development reports and performance updates
