We are partnering with a leading private equity fund to appoint an investment professional with a strong background in corporate restructuring and special situations. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing investment team, working across complex transactions and portfolio situations

About the Vice President/ Investment professional opportunity:

Evaluate and execute complex restructuring, turnaround, and special situations investments
Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution
Work closely with management teams, advisers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle
Support portfolio companies through value creation initiatives, restructurings, and strategic projects
Prepare investment papers and present opportunities to the Investment Committee
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to maximize value

Experience working within a private equity fund is highly desirable, although outstanding candidates from restructuring advisory or investment banking backgrounds will also be considered

Skills and experience needed:

Experience gained in corporate restructuring, restructuring advisory, special situations, investment banking, or a related investment environment
Proven track record of advising on and executing corporate restructuring transactions
Previous deal execution experience is essential
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment.
