About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to help accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions. In this role, you will sell and lease our comprehensive green energy packages—including solar PV systems, battery energy storage, inverters, EV charging solutions, and smart energy management software—to residential and commercial customers.

You will act as a trusted energy consultant, helping customers reduce electricity costs while transitioning to sustainable, renewable energy.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Sales

Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale relationship management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Customer Energy Assessment

Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to understand customers energy consumption, property suitability, and business objectives.
Evaluate electricity bills, usage patterns, and financial goals to identify the most suitable renewable energy solution.

Solution Consulting

Recommend customized green energy packages comprising:
Solar PV systems
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Inverters
EV charging solutions (where applicable)
Smart energy monitoring and management software
Present financial analyses including ROI, electricity savings, and payback periods.

Sales Performance

Prepare quotations, proposals, and financing or leasing options.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, electrical equipment, engineering solutions, or industrial sales is highly preferred.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable conducting customer site visits and delivering solution presentations.
Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel for client meetings.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of solar PV systems, battery storage, inverters, or energy management solutions.
Experience selling capital equipment or technical solutions.
Familiarity with financing or leasing solutions for renewable energy projects.
