Job Description

Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and factory facilities through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
Perform electrical installation, machine modification, equipment calibration, testing, and repair while supporting process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment performance.
Manage the procurement process for electrical spare parts and components, including requisition, evaluation, inventory control, and cost optimization to support maintenance activities.
Oversee electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, expansion, and renovation projects, while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians, collaborate with the EHS team to conduct regular electrical safety inspections, and ensure all production and utility equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support production targets, maintain product quality, and participate in rotating day and night shifts according to factory operational requirements.

Requirement

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the machinery or food manufacturing industry, including 3 years in equipment maintenance.
Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC programming, industrial sensors, and electrical control systems.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work rotating shifts.
