Customer Service Agent L1 (Tagalog Speaker)

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent L1 (Tagalog Speaker) to join us, one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Southeast Asia.

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer support to our Tagalog-speaking customers, handling inquiries and concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our channels. You will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and representing our brand with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Do

Customer Interaction: Assist customers via live chat with product, order, and general inquiries.
Order Processing: Assist with order placement, tracking, and cancellations.
Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver friendly, empathetic, and efficient customer service.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when needed.
Customer Education: Educate customers on products, promotions, usage, and self-service options.
Feedback Collection: Collect and report customer feedback to support service and product improvements.

What We're Looking For

Proficient in Tagalog and professional English (written & spoken).
Bachelor's degree in any major.
1–2 years in customer service/live chat support.
Strong written communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.
Beauty products/industry knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with live chat and CRM systems is a plus.
Willing to work shifts and fully WFO (Jakarta).
Able to join ASAP will be highly prioritized.
