PTC is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our sales organization to be based in Indonesia. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to work in these market segments which would include any manufacturer/end users looking to embrace Industry 4.0.

Many of the world's largest manufacturing companies are entering this fast-paced tech space to create new revenue streams and offer greater visibility to how their specific products live in the real world. The sales team will require the skillset to translate the PTC value proposition into real-world business value.

Your impact:

Drive the growth of PTC Creo across Indonesia by acquiring new customers, expanding strategic accounts, and increasing market share.
Partner with resellers and system integrators to position Creo as the preferred engineering design platform for manufacturers.

Day-To-Day:

Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across Indonesia.
Build trusted relationships with engineering managers and business decision-makers.
Drive competitive displacement opportunities against incumbent CAD by articulating differentiated business value.
Lead cross-functional engagement across a matrix organization (Matrix Organization – Presales, Professional Services, Legal, Finance and Customer Success)
Own forecast commitment through disciplined pipeline management, opportunity qualification and timely risk management

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Excellent sales acumen
Highly resilient, self-motivated and results-driven with strong sense of ownership and integrity
Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders.
Excellent business presentation, communication, negotiation and executive engagement skills
Experience selling enterprise engineering software, preferably CAD, Simulation, or PDM with a proven track record of exceeding quota.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
Minimum 5 years of engineering software sales experience
