Job Description:

Develop and drive product features that fuel the impactful growth of Shopee Business (FBS & SBS) at a regional level.
Analyze and evaluate business requirements to plan and prioritize feature pipelines. Lead discussions to understand business needs and define suitable flows and UX/UI to manage products effectively.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle (planning, researching, designing, developing, implementing, UAT, rollout, and post-analysis).
Conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings, tech platform features, and potential partner products for future expansion.
Work closely with both product and business teams to identify growth opportunities and solve operational problems resourcefully.
Define and manage product metrics and KPIs to measure business impact post-rollout.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and report back to regional product teams while prioritizing enhancement requests from local teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations improvement, strategy, transformation, or project management.
Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills (verbal and written) across diverse audiences.
Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment.
Strong structured thinking and problem-solving capability.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
