Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise applications.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
Good understanding of system architecture and performance optimization strategies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
