Position Overview:

The Social Media Specialist - KOL & Community is responsible for social media daily execution and coordination of KOL and community activities across Bumame's social media channels. This role works closely with the Associate Social Media Manager: Content to ensure influencer and community strategies are well-executed, measurable, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Beyond managing KOLs, this role actively builds and nurtures external and internal communities that align with Bumame's preventive healthcare positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily social media content operations in collaboration with the Associate Social Media Manager: Content.
Support campaign execution by coordinating influencer and community-related content schedules.
Manage and continuously improve the KOL system, including: Categorizing KOL types based on funnel objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion), Defining and applying clear KPI frameworks for each KOL activity, Craft strategic creative journeys and content directions for influencers aligned with campaign goals and brand tone.
Forecast and manage budget allocation for influencer activities within campaigns.
Monitor & Analyze reports to extract learnings, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Actively identify and engage with relevant communities aligned with Bumame's products and preventive healthcare mission.
Build and nurture Bumame's internal and external communities through strategic initiatives and collaborations.
Monitor social media metrics related to KOL and community activities, including reach, engagement, and conversion-related indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer (KOL) marketing, or community management.
Proven experience managing influencers/KOLs end-to-end, including briefing, coordination, and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and audience behavior.
Experience working with premium or aspirational brands targeting upper-middle to high-income segments.
Ability to think strategically while executing daily operational tasks.
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Able to work in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change.
