You'll sit at the heart of strategy, performance, and creativity; connecting data, platforms, and ideas into plans that actually work in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

Develop audience-led connection strategies that translate business objectives into clear media approaches.
Build full-funnel plans across paid, owned, and earned channels; balancing performance and brand impact.
Partner closely with strategy, performance, and activation teams to ensure ideas are executable and effective.
Use data, insights, and research tools to uncover growth opportunities and sharpen recommendations.
Present thinking clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients, telling a compelling performance story.
Stay ahead of media, consumer, and platform trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive.

A Bit About You

At least 2 years of experience in connection planning, media strategy, or integrated planning.
Strong understanding of digital, performance, and how channels work together across the funnel.
Naturally insight-driven, you ask why before jumping to how.
Comfortable working with data and turning it into clear strategic direction.
Confident communicator who can influence without over-complicating.
Curious, proactive, and excited by solving complex problems in smart ways.
