Support Seller Investments:

Assist in projects that increase take rate and optimize revenue, contributing to stronger P&L and platform competitiveness.
Conduct data analysis on market trends, pricing, and seller dynamics to support seller investment strategies.

Strategic Seller Management

Support acquisition, onboarding, and development of high-potential seller groups and new suppliers within priority markets and segments.
Monitor performance and provide insights to improve assortment quality and pricing delivered by strategic sellers.

Regional Benchmarking & Best Practices

Collect and analyze operational data across markets, surfacing actionable insights for regional benchmarking.
Document successful in-market projects and help adapt them for scaling as best practice frameworks within the region.

BD Practice Improvement & Efficiency

Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of regional BD processes, focusing on efficiency, team effectiveness, and risk/fraud prevention.
Support initiatives and documentation that reinforce high standards in seller-facing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, consulting, marketplace operations, or strategy, ideally with some regional exposure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience working on cross-market or cross-functional projects.
