Job Description

Coordinate regular check-ins, immersions, and discussions with local teams during the project lifecycle to monitor and report on market-specific behaviors, workflows, and performance.
Drive collaborative partnerships with local business teams, evaluating regional operational challenges to recommend high-impact product solutions that deliver milestones on schedule.
Analyze and prioritize regional product requirements based on potential platform value, ensuring project resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest commercial impact.
Establish deep expertise in existing and upcoming features, identifying and sharing localized operational insights and best practices to drive successful product implementation.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of feature rollouts within the project period, publishing user manuals and marketing materials to ensure seamless adoption by regional users.
Evaluate and process product feature requests submitted by regional stakeholders, analyzing feasibility and strategic alignment to define project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers to evaluate proposed technical solutions, ensuring that deliverables successfully resolve business challenges and are executed efficiently.

Requirements

Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Possess 3 to 4 years of proven professional experience in product management, management consulting, business strategy, or regional operations.
Demonstrate strong domain knowledge of affiliate marketing business models and content ecosystems, particularly within livestreaming or short-form video environments.
Exhibit highly developed analytical capabilities with a structured, data-driven approach to solving complex problems.
Prove high proficiency in both written and spoken English for professional stakeholder communication
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment on complex, cross-functional projects.
Self-motivated and results-oriented professional comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-velocity, fast-changing environment.
Proactive communicator capable of explaining complex product features and operational workflows to diverse teams clearly and concisely.

Regional Content & Creator Experience
