Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Handbag Product Technician located in Denpasar. The Handbag Product Technician will be responsible for providing technical engineering designs, new construction for handbags & accessories, troubleshooting issues, and conducting ongoing reviews and performance of handbag products. Day-to-day tasks include new construction development, diagnosing problems, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all products meet The Sak's high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in handbags, including troubleshooting and product engineering.
Proven experience in production line management, including work allocation and output standards.
Familiarity with paper pattern making is a strong advantage.
Ability to train and support team members effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Prior experience in the handbag or fashion industry is required.
