Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Business Development Manager. You will be part of our AGA team reporting to Business Line Manager. In this role, your mission is to Accelerate business growth by actively generating opportunities, developing customers, maximizing market potential, executing marketing initiatives, delivering product expertise, and partnering with Internal teams to win and grow customer accounts. You will contribute directly to how we create high quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

. Sales function for business growth
. Take full responsibility of all opportunities
. Establish an overview of the existing customer base
. Define the full potential and determine the strategies with BLM (focus segments and applications, channels for presences)
. Set up marketing campaign to increase brand awareness
. Technical competences for products and applications knowledge
. Accompany sales/generalist during customer visits

Your skills and experience

. Analytical insight: you are able to identify and evaluate potential among both existing customers and prospects
. Market expertise and commercial insight: actively gathering relevant competitive data and determining a targeted go-to-market strategy for various products and applications
. Initiative and entrepreneurship: taking initiative in setting up and implementing marketing activities and campaigns, as well as actively prospecting key customers and prospects
. Technical proficiency: acquiring in-depth technical knowledge and staying up to date with the latest developments in the field
. Perseverance and team spirit: you are persistent and convincingly represent the image and values of the Atlas Copco Group
