8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy, with regional exposure.
Demonstrated team management experience with leading the team members, setting KPIs, and driving high-performance teams.
Experience in the Beauty industry is a strong plus, but open to candidates with broader category expertise.
Strong capability in content solution development, including livestream, video strategy, influencer marketing, or platform-native content tools.
Track record of campaign planning and execution for cross-border or regional e-commerce.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance dashboards and ROI-focused decision-making.
Bilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
