Job Description

AML, CPF, CTF Program Management:

Develop, implement, and maintain AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS program in accordance with local regulations.
Regularly review and update AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
Ensuring the existence of a system that can identify, analyse, monitor, and provide reports on Customers profile, characteristics, or transaction patterns.

AML Risk Assessment & Monitoring

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential money laundering, terrorism and proliferation financing risks.
Monitor prospective customers/customers transactions and activities to detect suspicious activities and ensure compliance with AML, CPF, CTF regulations.
Identify high-risk business and high-risk area according to AML, CPF, CTF regulations.
Ensure implementation of customers data and profiles update, including customers transaction data and profiles
Address findings on AML from internal and external audits
Conduct periodic testing of the AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS program to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

AML Reporting & Escalation

Investigate and report suspicious transactions to the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) or other relevant authorities.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, BOD and BOC reports on AML, CPF, CTF program in a timely and accurate manner.

AML Training & Awareness

Develop and deliver AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS training program, to employees, and other relevant stakeholders.
Promote awareness of AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS policies and procedures.

AML Advisory

Review on new/enhanced product and business process to ensure compliance with AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS requirements.
Ensure all customer-related forms contains all data required by AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS requirements.
Provide advice on AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS implementation to internal department

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with internal departments to ensure implementation of AML, CPF, CTF, FATCA & CRS compliance.
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement agencies on AML, CPF, CTF matters.

Compliance Review

Provide compliance reviews and advice to internal department to mitigate potential regulatory risk (including market conduct risks) that may come up from business activities and initiatives of the company while enabling the business.
Review company policies
Conduct compliance socialization

Testing & Monitoring

Prepare compliance testing plans (AML & Non AML), conduct compliance testing activities (AML & Non AML) and provide report on testing results.
Conduct compliance monitoring through dashboards and attestation.
Provide recommendations to improve compliance risks.

Requirements

More than 10 years experience as AML compliance officer and team lead role in Insurance Companies.
A deep understanding with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT), and Counter-Proliferation Financing of Weapons of Mass Destruction (CPF) Regulations, System and best practice in insurance companies
Understanding in FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) rules and requirements.
A deep understanding of life insurance product, business activities, and regulations.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
Having CAMS certification.
Solid interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and communicate with other.
