Qualifications:

Has a Bachelor's Degree in any related major
Has minimum 1 year of experience in General Affair and Facility Management
Experienced working in Consumer Goods or Retail industry and familiar with the business process is a plus
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset an able to work with all levels of people
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment
Ability to work as an individual and in a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Responsibilities:

Support the General Affair Team in monitoring security and cleaning services while coordinating with vendors
Assist in managing and maintaining daily general affairs activities, including office facilities, asset tracking, and building maintenance
Administer, record, and track budgets for office maintenance and general operational costs
Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs requests and external parties for office supplies procurement and routine services
