To oversee the daily operation of the pastry section and ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery products in accordance with hotel standards.

Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and other bakery products according to recipes and hotel standards.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pastry section.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion, and presentation.
Assist in developing new desserts, pastries, and seasonal menu items.
Ensure proper preparation and timely delivery of pastry items for all outlets, events, and special occasions.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and handling of pastry ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the Pastry Chef.
Properly operate and maintain pastry equipment and tools.
Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and other team members.
Support the Pastry Chef in maintaining smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
