Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company's overall e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activities to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
Communicate actively in Mandarin with principals, suppliers, vendors, and related teams from China to support business operations and brand development.
Monitor store performance including sales performance, ads performance, ROI, product performance, and competitor activities.
Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, store visuals, and marketplace optimization to maintain competitiveness.
Supervise and coordinate e-commerce teams including marketplace operations, customer service, live streaming, and affiliate teams to achieve business targets.
Prepare sales reports, marketplace performance analysis, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, finance, marketing, and purchasing to ensure smooth operational processes.
Keep up with digital commerce trends and propose innovative strategies to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any major.
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
Previous experience as an Ecommerce Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager is preferred.
Strong understanding of marketplace strategies, campaigns, ads, affiliate programs, and live streaming operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Target-oriented and experienced in handling KPI-based performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of solving operational problems effectively.
Willing to work from office in Tangerang.
