Responsibilities

Handle monthly tax compliance, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (WHT/PPh).
Prepare and reconcile tax data with the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate tax reporting and payment.
Generate e-Billing and process tax payments through designated banking channels.
Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns via DJP Online in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Prepare and distribute Withholding Tax (WHT) slips to vendors/suppliers.
Reconcile tax withholding transactions and maintain accurate tax documentation.
Assist in the preparation of annual corporate income tax reports, including dormant entities.
Support tax audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit requests.
Provide tax-related support and guidance to internal stakeholders across business units.
Liaise with the Tax Office (KPP) on tax administration and compliance matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (WHT/PPh).
Familiar with DJP Online, e-Billing, and Microsoft Excel.
