Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies, e-commerce businesses, and key decision-makers.
Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline through CRM while consistently working toward revenue, sales, and new client acquisition targets.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and long-term commercial partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Media Buying, Performance Optimization, Media Branding, and other regional teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform developments, competitor activities, and market opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media agency, adtech, or martech company.
Proven experience in new B2B client acquisition and managing the full sales cycle independently.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including paid media, performance marketing, media buying, and major advertising platforms.
Previous experience selling advertising or digital marketing solutions to brands or corporate clients is highly preferred.
Existing professional network among advertisers, agencies, brands, e-commerce businesses, or relevant industry decision-makers is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent presentation, negotiation, pitching, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, proactively develop new opportunities, and operate effectively in a target-driven environment.
Professional working proficiency in English is required, as the role involves communication with regional and international stakeholders. Conversational English alone will not be sufficient.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
