Job Description

Lead and manage functions within the BPO project team within the project lifecycle to achieve defined operational milestones and deliverables.
Establish and serve as the primary point of contact for BPO engagements during the project period.
Coordinate and manage contract compliance, negotiations, and renewals to secure optimized strategic partnerships.
Oversee and validate operational data and cost submissions for BPO vendors to maintain budget compliance throughout the project duration.
Monitor headcount utilization, cost trends, and budget alignment to ensure project cost-efficiency.
Analyze and generate data-driven insights and performance reports to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvements.
Identify and evaluate process gaps, inefficiencies, or cost trends impacting vendor performance within the project scope.
Liaise and coordinate with internal cross-functional departments to streamline and integrate BPO-related processes.

Requirements

Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
Has 5 to 10 years of prior working experience in BPO operations, vendor management, strategic operations, or a closely related field.
Proven track record of managing both operational and strategic functions within a high-growth environment.
Extensive experience managing large-scale teams (preferably 100+ headcount) and diverse stakeholder groups.
Deep understanding of strategic partnership frameworks, including the ability to assess partnership longevity and business impact.
Strong financial acumen with specific knowledge of labor cost structures and compliance within outsourced environments.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams with varying skillsets spanning operational and strategic functions.
