Our client is a leading global alternative investment firm. They are looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to shape and build the technology behind their global HR platforms, combining strong cloud engineering with enterprise integration. To design and build secure, scalable cloud-native applications on AWS using C# and/or Python.
To integrate enterprise SaaS platforms with internal applications via APIs and middleware.
To translate business needs into technical solutions, partnering with stakeholders across regions.
To set engineering standards and help shape the technical roadmap.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including senior or lead engineering roles.
Strong programming skills in C# and/or Python.
Proven experience building on AWS or another major cloud platform, with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
Experience integrating enterprise or SaaS platforms via APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
Exposure to HR platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Dayforce etc.) or financial services is a plus.
