Job Description

Responsible for managing and safeguarding the company legal interest by handling a wide array of dispute and litigation matters.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution Management, manage the end-to-end litigation process of civil, criminal and administrative litigation cases, including alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Represent the company in any legal proceedings or effectively manage and collaborate with the external legal counsel.
Prepare, draft and review a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal opinions and risk assessment to management on potential disputes and ongoing cases.
Maintain a comprehensive and organized case file for all litigation matters and report the status of ongoing cases to the company.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
A minimum of 1 (one) years of proven experience in a litigation role or a comparable position, either in-house or law firm.
Have a valid advocate license (PERADI) would be an advantage.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: have experience in handling legal matters related to the technology industry would be an advantage.
Excellent advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders.
Excellent teamwork.
Excellent analytical skills.
Able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks.
Experience operating in ambiguous circumstances.
Able to be proactive and take initiative.
