Responsibilities:

Support brand strategy & campaign execution.
Manage product launches and marketing activations.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and KOL teams.
Analyze brand performance and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in branding or marketing (beauty/FMCG preferred).
Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Passionate about the beauty industry & current trends.
Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Google Docs / Sheets / Slides)
Willing to Work From Office (5 Days on Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
