Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the overall China student recruitment project from planning to execution.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans targeting Indonesian students interested in studying in China.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Chinese universities and education providers.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and education fairs to promote Scholars Republic's services.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet enrollment targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to drive growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, visa policies, and university admission requirements.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications :

Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken), strong command of English is an advantage.
Proven experience (2+ years) in international student recruitment or education consulting, ideally focused on China.
Strong project management and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Chinese higher education system and Indonesian student market is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field preferred.
