Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns
Strategize and execute growth plans to accelerate Mitra's business performance
Analyze marketing data and campaign results to optimize strategies and maximize ROI
Utilize creative thinking to develop innovative campaign concepts that resonate with target audiences
Identify opportunities for marketing product improvements and drive implementation
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with other stakeholders, including Branding team (Social Media, Communications, Graphic Design) and Event & Community team to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaign delivery
Oversee Online Marketing / Paid Ads initiatives to drive growth for Mitra app adoption

Requirements

Proven experience in growth marketing for at least 3+ years
Strong marketing strategy, analytical, and creative skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans
Experience in managing a team is a plus
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholders
Deep understanding of online marketing channels and tools
Familiarity with Mitra's business ecosystem or similar financial services is a plus
