We are looking for a Freelance AI Agent Builder to join our People Insights & Strategy (PIS) team, focusing on building smart automation solutions for HR and operational processes. In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered agents and workflows that help streamline manual tasks, improve efficiency, and enable better decision-making across People functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reliable automation systems

Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI agents to automate People Insights & HR processes
Build and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
Collaborate with PIS and stakeholders to translate needs into automation solutions
Test, iterate, and ensure reliability of AI-driven processes
Deliver projects based on agreed timelines and milestones

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development
