Explore and pilot new materials, formats, and supplier innovations that give us the edge

Who we're looking for:

min Bachelor's (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent fields
A curious thinker, a hands-on maker, and a beauty enthusiast
Great at connecting the dots between science, design, and consumer experience
Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to seize the opportunity, courage, and shared purposes, fostering collaboration and collective success
