Job Description:

Growth today is a full-funnel game – the brands that win show up everywhere their buyers look, from search and AI answers to inboxes and campaigns. At Kensium, we build growth programmes for a portfolio of B2B and B2C brands across the US and North American markets, from e-commerce names to growth-stage businesses trying to own the conversation in their space. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role reporting to the VP of Strategic Services, ideal for someone from a startup or agency background who has handled multiple sides of marketing across B2B and B2C environments.

You will:

Plan and run full-funnel growth programmes – demand and lead generation, SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO), content, and lifecycle marketing – across a portfolio of client brands.
Get exposure across the full growth stack rather than a single channel, with the mix shifting as priorities evolve.
Work directly with stakeholders and the VP of Strategic Services, bringing your own point of view to every campaign and account.
Own pipeline and lead-quality outcomes, not just channel activity, and report progress against agreed growth targets.

Partner with Sales/Business Development on lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up so marketing-sourced leads convert into pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Planning

Develop full-funnel growth strategies for a range of brands across B2B and B2C segments (B2B SaaS and B2B commerce preferred).
Translate strategy into actionable, channel-level plans and monthly execution priorities.
Identify high-impact growth opportunities and bring a clear point of view to strategy conversations.
Align messaging, positioning, and channel mix so the same story lands consistently across the funnel.

Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition

Plan and execute demand and lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels – Google Ads (Search), Meta Ads, and account-based marketing (B2B).
Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, and optimisation to hit pipeline and lead-quality goals; report against agreed MQL/SQL and pipeline-contribution targets.
Drive account-based marketing initiatives for priority B2B accounts.
Improve lead quality and conversion through continuous testing and optimisation, in partnership with Sales on lead scoring and handoff.

SEO & GEO (AI Search)

Design and run GEO / AI-visibility programmes: understand how LLMs think, what they cite, and why they trust certain brands, and build that visibility systematically.
Run structured LLM query testing across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Copilot; track brand citation presence and Share-of-Voice.
Execute on-page and technical SEO directly – keyword research, search-intent mapping, meta and heading architecture, internal linking, crawl health, indexing, and structured data (Schema.org).
Reinforce brand entity signals – Knowledge Panel accuracy, sameAs consistency, and NAP hygiene – to strengthen both search and LLM extraction.

Content Strategy & Development

Map the real questions buyers ask – in search engines and AI engines – in a given category.
Build topic clusters and pillar-spoke architectures aligned to buyer intent and LLM extraction patterns.
Write and edit high-quality content – landing pages, comparison and answer pages, FAQ sets, and thought-leadership articles – structured for both search performance and AI citation.
Own content quality end-to-end and ensure it ties back to campaign and pipeline goals.

Lifecycle, CRM & Experimentation

Design lead-nurturing journeys and email flows using CRM / marketing automation tools.
Improve conversion across lifecycle stages, from first touch to qualified lead.
Design and run A/B tests across campaigns, landing pages, and messaging.
Identify performance gaps and optimise based on data; maintain reporting on channel and campaign performance for client and leadership reviews.

Experience and Skills:

Growth & Performance Marketing

3–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in demand and lead generation, including paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and account-based marketing.
Comfortable owning pipeline and lead-quality outcomes and reporting against targets, not just managing channel activity.

SEO, GEO & Content

Strong hands-on experience in on-page and technical SEO.
Working knowledge of GEO / AI search fundamentals and familiarity with GEO / AI-search tracking tools.
Strong content strategy and writing skills, with an understanding of brand positioning and messaging.

Tools & Technology

Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation platforms for lifecycle and lead-nurture flows.
Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools to track campaign and pipeline performance.

Communication & Collaboration

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable owning outcomes independently and executing without constant direction.
Client-facing confidence; skilled at working cross-functionally with Sales and Delivery on lead handoff and follow-up.
Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Good to Have

Experience working with US clients.
Startup or agency background (highly preferred).
B2B SaaS, B2B commerce, or e-commerce context.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, spanning demand generation, SEO/GEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and account-based marketing.
Working knowledge of on-page/technical SEO and GEO / AI-search fundamentals.
Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Growth Marketing Associate
