Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design / related field
2–3 years experience as Art Director / Senior Production Designer (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry)
Strong sense of beauty aesthetics and visual storytelling
Fast and detail-oriented in design execution
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;])
Confident, collaborative, and able to work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

Discuss with brand team to get the creative briefs
Pair with Copywriter to develop campaign ideas
Create key visuals, moodboards, storyline, and look deck
Present creative ideas confidently to brand teams
Collaborate with production team to maintain visual quality until project completion
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and aesthetic standards
Stay updated with beauty and design trends
