Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback
Support team to maintain trainees learning progress and history
Supporting team in executing learning strategy across directorate
Helping in create a reporting analytics related to learning activities

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Tech, Computer Science or related major, fresh graduates are also welcome
Have interests in developing people
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gsheet/Gslides), Canva/Adobe
Demonstrated interest in learning and development
Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive
Desired length of employment: 6 month
Willing to commit with hybrid working arrangement (Jakarta)
