Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works.
Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management, 2 years in data center.
Strong understanding of MEP systems.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
Good command in English.
