Delonix Group Indonesia is looking for a Corporate PR & Revenue Executive to support brand communication, corporate relationship development, public relations, and direct revenue growth for our hospitality business.

This role is suitable for someone who is confident, outgoing, commercially driven, and comfortable representing the company in front of corporate clients, business partners, media, and high-value customers. You will work closely with the Revenue Lead and Head of Operations to support corporate client acquisition, membership sales, direct booking revenue, and brand visibility across our managed hotel properties.

What You'll Do

Build, expand, and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, business partners, hotel owners, government-related parties, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
Support public relations activities, brand promotion, marketing campaigns, press releases, and external communication projects.
Establish and maintain media relations and support the development of media resource networks.
Prepare and review corporate news releases, promotional materials, public relations materials, and brand communication content.
Support online marketing initiatives to drive direct B2C revenue from corporate frequent individual travelers.
Promote membership programs and support direct booking revenue growth across managed hotel properties.
Monitor media and social platform trends, public opinion, and potential reputation risks.
Support the handling of negative information or urgent public relations matters when needed.
Assist the CEO or management team in business activities, important meetings, business negotiations, and high-level customer receptions.
Follow up on the execution and implementation of related business and communication activities.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
Candidates from reputable universities will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Guest Relations, Sales, Marketing Communication, Corporate Communication, or Media Relations.
Fresh graduates with exceptional potential are welcome to apply.
Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, premium lifestyle brands, or corporate client handling will be an advantage.
Native or fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
Professional working proficiency in English is required.
Mandarin communication skills will be a strong advantage, especially for handling Chinese corporate accounts or business partners.
Strong corporate copywriting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera for social media or brand-related content when needed.
Target-driven and enthusiastic about corporate client acquisition, membership sales, and direct revenue growth.
Able to write clear, professional, and attractive public communication materials.
Confident, well-presented, proactive, and able to represent the company professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain business relationships and integrate external resources.
