This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. Responsibilities

Design and build actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across business and operational teams.
Conduct project-based and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and product experimentation.
Develop and maintain advanced analytics models (e.g., forecasting, fraud detection, churn prediction, routing optimization) and continuously refine them for accuracy and performance.
Translate business objectives into analytical frameworks, providing data-backed recommendations that influence product and operational decisions.
Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions to implement and scale analytical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Science, ideally focused on building data pipelines and working with large datasets to solve complex problems.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, or Power BI to build intuitive and impactful dashboards.
Solid understanding of key data science concepts, including regression, classification, clustering, probability distributions, and statistical testing.
Demonstrated experience working with financial systems and solving large-scale technical challenges.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and effectively prioritize tasks.
