Qualifications:

Bachelor's and Diploma of any major
Have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Product Management / Product Marketing / Product Development in FMCG/Beauty Industries
Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
In-depth understanding of the beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape
Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong research and analytical skills
Know about online and offline campaigns
Experience in end-to-end marketing (innovation to market execution)

Responsibilities:

Analyze skincare and makeup trends to identify opportunities for new products
Conduct surveys and gather consumer feedback to understand preferences
Collaborate with the R&D team to develop formulations and packaging that meet consumer needs
Oversee product development from concept to launch, including product testing
Work with the Marketing team to plan strategies and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with the Sales team to align sales strategies with goals
Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations
Analyze product performance metrics such as sales and consumer satisfaction
Recommend product improvements and marketing strategies
Manage budgets for product development and marketing
