Conduct regular training sessions on performance improvement, negotiation skills, compliance, and new functions;
Deliver specialized training in response to new regulations, strategies, or policy updates;
Analyze daily performance of Agents and Team Leaders, identifying gaps and implementing improvement plans;
Identify issues within the collection team and implement solutions efficiently;
Collaborate with other departments to stay updated on product changes and ensure team awareness;
Develop high-quality training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and other instructional resources;
Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and industry standards;
Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the collection industry;
Proven experience in conducting training for both large teams and smaller groups;
Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written);
Strong skills in creating training materials, including PowerPoint presentations;
Excellent cross-departmental communication skills;
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new skills and functions;
Logical thinker with a proactive and self-disciplined work ethic;
Results-driven and capable of enhancing team performance and compliance;
Deep understanding of OJK regulations related to collections.
