Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Otterplay Preschool in Jakarta. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, creating and delivering age-appropriate curriculum, and managing classroom activities. Daily tasks include fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment, communicating effectively with parents, and monitoring children's progress and development.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Expertise in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten
- Strong Communication skills
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is a plus
- Passion for working with young children and contributing to their development
