Job Description
- Be responsible for KGD equipment day to day line sustaining, PM and conversion.
- To maintain and improve machine OEE , MTBA, Yield & Uptime .
- Be responsible to drive Equipment improvement project, quality improvement and Productivity project.
- Knowledge in tester , prober , prober card maintenance will be added advantage
- Responsible to liaise with process engineering team for low yield triggering.
- Responsible to machine/tooling modification/upgrading to meet product quality and new requirement.
Qualifications
- Diploma /Certificate in Mechatronic / Electrical engineering or Equivalent qualification
- 2 years experience in testing equipment ,have knowledge on tester and prober equipment.
